We are delighted to say that our Premiere Italian Wine Dinner on December 1st (hosted by Winebow Imports representative Manuela Ravanelli and Ledger David Cellars owner David Traul) sold out & was off the charts fun! Fine Italian wine was flowing and guest chef Travis Wyant was cooking up some delightful dishes, including the Italian classic Osso Bucco. We featured our 2010 Ledger David Sangiovese Rose' and our 2010 Tempranillo Port from the barrel.

Santa surprised our guests with an opening pour of some classic Cristal champagne in honor of our first event... WOW! Thanks Santa.....

Our next event..... Wednesday, December 28th, from 5-8pm features Oregon Dungeness Crab & Chenin Blanc! A casual event.. Small plates featuring crab will be accompanied by several chenins. Wines poured will include award winning Ledger David Primoris, as well as wines from classic producers from the Loire Valley in France...

Can't wait to see Chef Travis demo some crab cleaning at around 6pm during that event. This will be alot of fun!
